When can I start, and how does the eight-week programme work?

You can start as soon as you enrol. Module 1 opens immediately, followed by one new module every seven days. All lessons within an available module can be completed in the way that best suits your schedule, and you retain lifetime access to the Masterclass.

How much time should I set aside each week, and what if I fall behind?

Allow approximately two to three hours per week for the video lessons, workbook exercises and practical application. You can spread the work across several days or complete it in one or two focused sessions. If you fall behind, your access is not affected and you can continue at your own pace.

My business is focused on domestic growth. Is this Masterclass still relevant for me?

Absolutely. The Masterclass is relevant whenever growth increases the complexity of your decisions, team, communication or leadership role, whether that growth is domestic or international. International expansion is an important application of the programme, but it is not a requirement for benefiting from it.

Are there any entry requirements for joining the Masterclass?

No formal leadership qualification is required. The programme is designed for founders, small- and medium enterprise owners and business leaders who carry real responsibility for decisions, people or growth and have an active business context in which to apply the work.

The Masterclass is delivered in English. Native-level fluency is not required, but you should be comfortable following professional content in English.

How will I measure my progress during the Masterclass?

At the beginning of the Masterclass, you will complete a Baseline Leadership Capacity Assessment across eight dimensions. After Module 8, you will complete the Endline Assessment and receive both results alongside an eight-dimension comparison.

This is not a pass-or-fail test. It is designed to make your progress visible and identify your priorities for the next 90 days.

What personal support is included during and after the Masterclass?

During the eight-week programme, email support is available for questions about the course content and exercises. On completion, you will receive a private 1:1 Executive Leadership Assessment based on your Baseline and Endline results and your 90-day implementation priorities.
