Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum length for the membership?
The minimum length is one year (12 months). Even you choose the monthly plan, you will pay for an annual membership, in 12, monthly installments.
Do you offer a refund?
No, I do not. The reason is that I want to you to take a conscious decision before you purchase and stay committed afterwards. People tend to jump onto every exciting opportunity (shiny object syndrome), then retreat when the buyer's remorse kicks in. Let's eliminate both and join only, if you are serious about it.
Can I return if I ended my membership, but changed my mind?
Ending your membership will result in a 12-month ban from re-joining to the Executive Circle or the Executive Leadership Council. After 12 months you can re-apply.
What if I cannot attend on some of the live session?
If you cannot attend on some of the live session do not worry. All the live sessions are going to be recorded and you will have access to the replays. Though, the most value can be gained if you are present.
What does the live retreat ticket cover?
The tickets to the live retreats usually cover the attendance to the main event(s) / sessions and some snacks that are served, or available during the sessions. It does not cover the flight to and from the venue, and the accommodation. For VIP events, like Launch&Learn sessions, VIP ticket holders can enter for no extra cost, whereas basic ticket holders can buy a separate ticket. This will always be clearly communicated once the event details are finalized and announced.
